Meet Your Host: Adyana
Adyana, your host and guide for this transformative retreat, is a Licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist with over 25 years of experience, renowned for her expertise and compassion. A graduate of Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, she has successfully operated multiple therapy clinics in Austin and the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area, positively impacting countless lives.
Beyond her work in therapy, Adyana is also a Certified Living Foods Plant-Based Chef, dedicated to teaching the power of brain-boosting, mood-enhancing nutrition. Her passion for healing through food empowers parents with hands-on experience in creating nourishing, gut-friendly meals that support focus, emotional balance, and overall well-being for themselves and their children.
For this 7-day retreat, Adyana brings together her deep understanding of sensory, behavioral, and emotional balance to create a truly holistic experience. Through carefully guided mindfulness practices, experiential activities, and meaningful conversations, she will help you explore tools for personal growth, emotional restoration, and self-discovery.
But Adyana isn’t just about wellness—she’s also about adventure. After months of living on Ometepe Island, she took up motorcycle riding, a skill that quickly became one of her favorite ways to experience the island’s wild beauty and freedom. Whether she’s joining a mindful hike, guiding a sensory reset, or sharing stories from her two-wheeled island explorations, her energy and passion for life are contagious.
